You need to realize that if someone finds a way to inject somthing into an mp4 that gets executed if you play the video, that’d be a huge thing. This would not be a piracy thing. mp4s are transfered over messenger apps, shared on Social Media, etc. This would potentially affect everyone, a researcher would probably find out about it and the devs would fix it…
And your device may never get the updates fixing the issue.
