    Yes, totally unexpected, it’s not as if one of the reasons of the US invasion was to make them their opium producers to satisfy the opium addiction they have in their homeland where the let their people die of prescribed overdoses

    What are the Afghan people supposed to do other than drugs? Life there seems to require drugs in my opinion.

      If you don’t have some control or regulation you’d end up with a situation like the one the disgusting UK forced China to, and you get 10 year olds addicted to opium. Afghanistan need rebuilding and banning poppy production is the right thing to do, I hope they can improve the livings of their people.
