The video shows Hamas members saying “bye bye” repeatedly while waving, and there’s no evidence for what the article claims. So you’re expected to take the word of the publishers for it. The website has the Israeli rag in it’s logo. It’s up to you to decide if you do or do not blindly trust it.
Keep in mind that the hostages Hamas releases are consistently shown to be in good condition, while Palestinian prisoners who have been imprisoned for no reason (practically hostages) are more often than not subject to torture. One group is acting as a terrorist organization would, and thinks it’s “gross” to show how much better the actual terrorist organization is.
Please provide evidence of torture, otherwise it’s no better than the claim in this article.

I have found videos of IDF personnel humiliating blind folded prisoners, and others of prisoners in the West bank being released some blind folded and most with tags on their ankles.

0:16-0:17 He’s saying “keep waving”. You’re welcome to watch the slowed down version or slow it down yourself.
At 0:16 he says “وَدّعْ” sounds like "wad-di’ " it means “say goodbye”. The hostages haven’t even entered the vehicle yet, and the militant helping them to get in starts waving. I slowed it down to 0.5, but I still cannot hear what’s said at 0:17.
