Hell, some people to this day still held the believe that American won the Vietnam war, for some reason. Not simply “didn’t loss” or “stalemate”, but outright win. So, likely, some of them might never move to the next stage.

I hate the K/D argument so fuuuuuucking much.
Some of them might not ever move on to the next stage, they’ll still be stubbornly insisting Ukraine is “winning” even a decade after the conflict is over. I think some of the propaganda on this one was too effective, and broke their brains.
