Monday is the third day of my shift and a short one too.
What?
Monday is the third day of my shift and a short one too.
I have a pack of vegan babybel in the fridge.
*nervously awaits downvotes*
According to my non-dairy-allergic friend, they taste pretty much the same as the cow juice version.
You think that’s trauma? Make her watch the entire holiday special, she’ll be scarred for life.
We need pics!
Slightly tangential, but this is the version I’d have loved.
Also there are enough tell tale signs in the original Star Wars (ie IV) that Vader wasn’t originally Anakin (4k77 even shows him as Lord Darth Vader in the credits, and Obi Wan calls him Darth). Lucas likes to make things up as he goes along :)
I have a new (second hand) computer that can play fancy games, but…
Unfortunately I trigger the refresh accidentally which counts as a loss. Stupid inability to disable gestures.
4e is pants! AD&D2E ftw!
This is why I don’t have a wife.
I’m still getting flashbacks. My reaction after watching it was so bad that when my niece saw me (she was 4) and I’d told her what I’d just watched, she feared the words “holiday special” for ever afterwards.
I’m forcing him to play baseball with me some day haha!
I sent him a copy! Thanks!
Thanks! I just sent him a copy!
Thank you!
Yeah, I had a moment like that today when I asked him if he was doing okay and realised I was probably just reminding him.
By the way, did you mean install or download? The download took 4 hours, but installing it only took about 10 mins and most of that was updating my graphics drivers.
I think I already installed it (still new to steam, I only got the game because someone bought it for me). But thanks for the heads up. I’ll check tonight after work to be sure it’s ready for Monday!
I was supposed to try out Baldur’s Gate 3 today, but I never got round to it. I’ll have to save it for next week.
We used to use that word in year 4 back in the 90s. The teachers didn’t mind, and surprisingly even my super strict parents weren’t bothered by it. It’s pretty mild. I wouldn’t let a younger kid use it, but it’s okay to hear imo.
What was the context you used it in?
Marcus Chown’s book is a good primer on quantum theory, but it will make your head spin.
(you’ll understand the dad joke after you’ve read the book)
