Well, I did it! I played through Undertale start-to-finish last weekend! The ending was awesome! Thanks for the recommendation!
This looks great, thanks!!
VR tourism. Or even better: VR historical tourism!!!
No points, no battles, no level ups, no upgrades. Just exploring faraway or historical places.
Oh yeah? I didn’t know that. I’ll have to look into it, thanks!
Similar here: Anbernic RG280V. Fits in a pocket. Plays everything up through PSX. I use it all the time!
Mull is similar to Fennec except with some privacy tweaks. Generally Mull is better.
You don’t need Ghostery anymore
Congratulations! That’s awesome! I’ve been Google-free for 2-3 years, but I haven’t been brave enough to finally delete Gmail. I keep worrying I might need the message history one day?
Regarding Maps: I use OrganicMaps as my main, & I reflex to Gmaps WV when something isn’t in OrganicMaps. I feel this is a reasonable privacy-friendly compromise.
Cool! Speaking of South Park I surprised to read recently that Earthbound was an inspiration for Trey Parker when creating South Park. Or, at least, one of the South Park games. I see the connection though, a bunch of cute kids in a quaint little town who wind up dealing with epic monsters, aliens, piles of puke, insane adults, etc :D
Ha ha! OK! Funny thing is I actually already own it. My boys (teenagers) got it at some point, but I don’t know much about it.
I didn’t realize they are similar, but yeah I’ll give Undertale a go!
That UI is… it’s really something
This web utility seems like exactly what you’re describing. I think this was a small app someone made for themselves while developing a game for Playdate. The source might be available on their Github. If not they seem friendly, you could ask for it.
I don’t understand the question. Are you looking for a tool which converts images to 1-bit? With dithering to simulate greys?
This art is super cool, btw! Where can I find more?
Agreed, and let me add John McCain. He epitomized the grown up, think-for-yourself Republican. I miss that.
I still try to boycott Amazon, for a myriad of reasons. I don’t think you’re stupid for doing it!
I hadn’t seen that, thanks!! I was also among those confused when Signal pulled SMS, but now it finally makes sense.
Signal could have done better PR to explain the “why” at the time.
!asklemmy@lemmy.ml’s rules specify not to engage in political discussions.
There are Lemmy communities dedicated to politics if that’s what you’re after.
Sorry, I meant “GitLab, why’d you do that!?”
(I’m a GitLab user myself)
Conservatives are more likely to follow college sports, while liberals are more likely to follow professional sports.
Why? Beats me.
Edit: I read this in a study once. Might be this one. Also, I’m reminded that basketball fans are more likely to be liberal as well.
