Idk, maybe theres something there. Sociology research, tech research… something along those lines might interest you.
See if there are any papers by researchers in your area on similar topics. You can search google scholar. And maybe reach out.

Any chance you work in acadamia?
I didnt read the whole thing, but this gave me research publication vibes.
That probably means that a ton of things are switching to 404ml cans, because I don’t think those are usually custom made for a single beverage.
Someone convince them to move to lemmy
I was using HDDs, and I believe it may have been a little less of an issue bc I had Unraid configured to keep the drives spun up (I’ve read the spin up is hard on the drive, not so much the time being spun up)
But I did occasionally have some IOWait issues. Reds plus a NVME cache has resolved all those issues.
I’m sure this all hinges on their weird “annual commitment” thing.
WD Green /shrug
I’ve been using all Red Pros since I first built my nas, but it started with a couple of green 2TB that where in there for like 7 years before being replaced (didn’t die yet)
This is by far the most useless thing I’ve seen you generate.
Beeper mini is much more secure than beeper, they don’t even need your password
Uh, don’t give Fitbit your data.
Lower clarity, contrast, sharpness. That’s roughly it.
The Times wrote that the most popular scams involved payroll and HR personnel impersonators and postal scams, among others. Early last year, police in several Texas cities said they’d found fraudulent QR codes placed on parking meters, directing people to a false payment site.
Nah, I’m just a really chill guy on the internet. Jk, it’s ChatGPT
Ha, busted! Yes, that was ChatGPT’s advice. But hey, let’s not give all the credit to our AI overlords just yet. They might be stealing our jobs, but at least they can’t steal our snark… for now. Besides, everyone knows real human communication involves at least three sarcastic remarks and a poorly timed joke. Speaking of which, have you heard the one about the software developer who walked into a bar? They left because they couldn’t find any ‘bugs’ to fix.
That last comment is what ChatGPT told me to say.
I understand your concerns about the article’s quality. I found that it presents some interesting perspectives on software development, although some points might not be clearly articulated. It’s always valuable to critically assess any content we come across, especially in the rapidly evolving field of software development. Do you have specific aspects of the article you disagree with or find lacking in clarity? I’d be interested in hearing more about your perspective.
I don’t understand what you do
As I understand it, fediverse has a lot of syncing overhead (it takes a lot of bandwidth and processing to share content between all the servers). The more servers there are, the more overhead is used for syncing.
While lots of servers is good for resilience, and diversification of communities, going to the extent of every individual hosting a server seems like an overburdensome extreme.
So stupid that they invented the imperial system, then make fun of us for using it.
