A Tesla driving on Autopilot crashed through a T intersection at about 70 mph and flung the young couple into the air, killing Benavides Leon and gravely injuring Angulo. In police body-camera footage obtained by The Washington Post, the shaken driver says he was “driving on cruise” and took his eyes off the road when he dropped his phone.

But the 2019 crash reveals a problem deeper than driver inattention. It occurred on a rural road where Tesla’s Autopilot technology was not designed to be used. Dash-cam footage captured by the Tesla and obtained exclusively by The Post shows the car blowing through a stop sign, a blinking light and five yellow signs warning that the road ends and drivers must turn left or right.

I’ve been really into Pokemon Unbound (Fire Red ROM hack) recently, once I beat it I think I’m going to play around with the settings and play it again. It’s amazing having a Pokemon game that isn’t baby easy, and I love that I don’t have to impose rules on myself to make it harder. It’s really opened my eyes to ROM hacks, I think I’ll be playing more next year

I got the email from 23 and me about changing their terms of service as well (wordy for search engine optimization). I opted out of the change

So I got an email today telling me that I would automatically accept their new ToS (which included barring me from class action lawsuits without 1-2 months of arbitration), but I could email them to refuse the change and keep the old ToS. I emailed them to refuse the change, was that a mistake?

As a gamer, that’s some ridiculous whataboutisms. What’s to stop me from buying a physical copy of a game, copying it, and reselling the game? Only time, experience and know how, and yet that isn’t seen as much of an issue. This isn’t any different, it’s just digital.
