It’s normal for businesses to pay for peak and total bandwidth. That’s one of the reasons why they guarantee speed and availability and should be refunding you if they don’t meet those.

8.1 was fairly not buggy it was equivalent to seven. Until Windows 11 Microsoft had alternated core updates and feature updates. So XP is a less buggy version of 2000, 98 had 98se. There are a couple outliers like me and Windows 10, but Windows 10 is kind of like 8.2, and they abandoned the dos based kernels so I me never got a second version
Comcast has broadband speed plans. They also charge you an extra $30 if you don’t have a TV bundle and then give you an actual broadband plan that’s unlimited. They have also been throwing the unlimited data and router and security bs in more competitive areas but that’s not a nationwide product.
I don’t think he came up with that but the Church of England has seats in the houses due to the head of state being the leader of the church.
The UK is a Christian theocracy. Their legal head of state is the head of the state religion.
Things with caps aren’t terrestrial broadband. You can have caps on cell based networks and still be considered broadband. One of the biggest issues is it companies like Comcast and AT&t will offer broadband service in an area but not necessarily offer only broadband service or not let you buy broadband service about also having their TV. And then they claim they’re serving the area because they have broadband speeds or you can pay a bunch of money to have your service uncapped but that’s not really the point of having a broadband connection available in the area.
7 wasn’t really like that. It was more of a vista second edition.
Wireless carriers were not allowed to throttle or block packets during the net neutrality era. That made them not be able to block tether device traffic. They could sell you a piece of shit device that didn’t allow you to tether but if you had something reasonable you got free tethering.
It has been that way since December 2017 (likely took effect in 2018) with the repeal of net neutrality.
When net neutrality was the law you could do that and the phone company couldn’t charge you. The company branded phone could just not support it. Before that it was ridiculously expensive, and now it depends on the company. Most post paid plans take it out of your fast data with no extra fee.
It is very hard to get low resolution small oled screens. Cell phones use pentile displays that are about 60% the actual RGB resolution of the input they need. You would be looking at it needing to be outputting in the 4k range on a 1440p ish display to use off the shelf parts.
If you wqnted to have a 1080p RGB oled it would need to be about 11" and that is too big. It would also have burn in issues with any reasonable brightness.
I hope they get rid of them. They make the handheld in ergonomic and ruined the amazing wiiu controller scheme they had. I have never had a good time using joycons and they cause too much compromise.
They should keep support so things like ring fit work, but they need to go or not be made for kind of symmetric 2 player.
The US should ban it just like it does saccharine. It takes less aspartame for that study than it takes for saccharine to cause issues I mice.
The US is fairly strict about food additives that cause cancer, but not general chemicals that cause cancer. There’s also a difference between causes cancer and link to cancer.
60kmh is a really slow speed limit. It is especially slow for a highway that would be safe at double the speed other than a few corners.
How is a sub with fuck in the name not nsfw the whole time. Reddit refused to add levels of nsfw for 10+ years and kept language as a nsfw item
it looks like an outlook skin for mail. It is not proper outlook, and I could ne er see them giving it away since it costs users like $100 a year.
There is no free outlook. Windows mail replaced outlook express decades ago, and outlook.com is Hotmail not outlook.
That seems a bit ridiculous since you can immediately cancel it if you’re only in it for one month. It seems like they want to link payments to account so they can ban all accounts of specific boters at the same time that are on one payment source. I’m going to guess that they also want to ban people who are using other regions accounts. Like Chinese and Korean users who play on the American realms. If they have a contract coming up for someone else in China it would be a big push they would need to get the Chinese players back off the American realms.
