You could also try opening a rubber band with your fingers. It works the opposite direction.

Trying to create 15lb increment with only 10lb & 5lb plates. For now I just went up to 20lb with 2x10lb plates but I wanted to know if 10+5 was advisable
Try a sport. Rock climbing, martial arts, etc
If you use the same washing powder for your other clothes then it’s probably safe for your athletic clothes as well.
My resting heart rate hit a new low of 54 bpm! It was in the 70s earlier this year.
