Problem with that is that you can very easily strip off the + and any bit after it to get your “normal” email address. Then again, when they find out mine is a catch-all, they can spam me as well… I guess you never win.

Same. Nowadays I just use a catch-all email address. Companyname@domain.tld. Allows me to name, shame, and block the company that leaks my email address.
Dutch also has the issue with the compound words. Autocorrect will often put a space in there, which is grammatically incorrect (and ugly). I feel like it’s at a point now where the incorrect space usage has become mainstream and might change the language rules. Oh well.
+1, well worth the 10 bucks.
Love to see it happen
About a quarter of my fellow dutchies voted for him. It’s insane.
Docker costs money? What?
On windows you can use “windows + .” to get an emoji/symbol picker. “Command + control + space” on MacOS. Probably exists on most Linux distros as well.
Yeah, over there you had some terminally online folks calling themselves the “emoji police” who would berate you in the comments if you used an emoji. They even had a role-play subreddit where they would get reports and collaborate.
The best time was perhaps 30 years ago. The second best time is now.
Last time I hit that wall on Firefox, changing my user agent worked wonders. Don’t tell anyone I told you this. ;)
Legally they can’t, in reality they probably do. Hell, already did since signing up.
Instagram doesn’t let you continue unless you choose one of the options.
Exactly. Blame the publisher, not the developer studio here. That’s the case for at least 99% of these kinds of fuckups.
Seeing a lot of recommendations for the ender 3 here. It’s a great printer, don’t get me wrong, I have one myself and I love it. BUT. You have to be ready to tinker with it. A lot. It is by no means comparable to a desktop inkjet or laser printer. You will be tinkering with it for tens or even hundreds of hours to make it better and better. If you like the printer itself being a project, then it’s honestly great. If you want a care-free 3D printer, then yeah, they are expensive.
As a Max, I do not endorse this. Also, yarr.
Exactly. Around the world, western countries seem to be enshittifying. The only difference is that the US has widespread access to guns which seems to lead to lots of shootings of all flavours. We don’t have that shit here.
Whole grain as pointed out by the other commenter. Might still be quite a difference, since I heard American bread is quite sweet, with added sugar and all. (If you’re from the US, that is)
Well, I’m Dutch. So sandwiches. Put something tasty on them and you’re done in a whim.
As others have said, home assistant and the like can achieve this. However, if you prefer not to use any other hardware than what you already have, the Hue app has the “Hue Labs” thingy, where they have sunrise and sunset automations that have the lights do what you describe. Might be worth looking at.
