Lmao, I thought this seemed familiar.

The only way to completely erase all data beyond recovery is to destroy the disk e.g. snap in half and move a powerful magnet above it.
I think that, in theory, idle games wouldn’t be TOO bad on their own. However, they happen to encourage/allow developers to add tons of microtransactions and because of the simple gameplay: many devs make clones of existing games or games with the same game loop. This leads to a shit show of shitty games in the genre. So I believe the concept is meh, but in practice they are all terrible.
Oh I have, haha.
I haven’t played a decent mobile game in ages. How else am I supposed to get my dopamine fix 🙄😂. I am currently enjoying the small open source games on F-Droid however.
I agree.
Firefox with ublock / Libretube / Libretube with Sponsorblock / Newpipe / Piped website if not on mobile.
EDIT: I currently use Firefox with uBlock on desktop and Libretube with Sponsorblock (integrated) on android.
I personally use arch with i3 window manager. Before anyone says anything, no, this isn’t another “I use arch btw” gag. It is fast, highly customisable, barebones and in my experience i3-wm works great with games which have fullscreen/windowing issues as it is easy to toggle between full screen and move windows about. For example, Gmod kept sticking in between my two monitors on Ubuntu and wouldn’t let me move the window. With i3, you can move containers around with ease. Plus if your arch installation breaks it is almost always your fault. I also have better performance than when I was using Ubuntu.
Someone in my family had this, reluctantly restarted the phone to make the message go away as I found it to be a very dodgy sounding message. Good to know that it won’t do any long term damage to hit ignore the next time it pops up.
If this gets passed, we are on our way to VPNs etc. being considered illegal, everything being monitored like some other countries we know of… Fucking dictatorship move.
Why do you think they aren’t paying for it?
I loved Bioshock, so probably that.
Fuck both Activision and Microsoft*
I can see the dots on Connect.
Imagine needing anti-virus for your brain.
True…
This is messed up. It’s like something out of a sci-fi horror film. Have to hope no one is stupid enough to put a computer chip in their brains.
As many others have said, it’s only natural for the trends to plateau. After a sudden surge of users, due to the Reddit controversy, some of the less “devoted” (can’t think of the best word) are bound to leave in search of a more user-friendly experience or a community with more active users. I too, also wish that some of the more niche communities had more active users, however I also understand that these things take time and A LOT more users. For that reason and for the sake of a freer internet, I reckon I’m in for the long haul. I’m also trying to contribute as much as I can with the limited time I have. I think people need to understand that because we aren’t the product/customer anymore, we need to help to contribute content and help the build new communities.
It’s annoying that most things are behind a subscription now. Who wants more bills, surely everyone would rather save up money and pay outright? Then I suppose the companies would make less money smh. Hopefully subscriptions don’t become more popular to the point where you can’t own anything or at least hold a permanent license.
Finally.
