Yeah when you call in Is you have the day off but want to work so you call into work
Porkchop and potato cut into wedgies tossed in the toaster oven then some raw broccoli for pooping power later
Well we’re glad it’s better either way even if it was good enough before
Nokia XpressMusic was the best, just realized they released a new version of it a few years ago but only in some countries
I don’t know, the lemmy article summary bot has spelling mistakes all the time
Yeah I think at some point they started subscriptions but you were able to keep your old library from before
That’s the best one I found because of all the options. Prioritizing podcasts and auto downloading and adding them to the queue is so good. I listen to a news podcast that is like 10 minutes long everyday and I like that I could have it downloaded and play first on my commute then continue where I left off on the other podcasts without having to do it manually like with spotify
For me it was the ability to upload my own library and stream it without a subscription, I ended up switching to plex and running my own server for a while but yeah Spotify just has the best deal with no effort so I caved to that especially with a family plan you can’t beat it.
That was the first place I noticed it, thought it was really smart of them, someone would send me a meme or whatever and it would show their account at the top. Was impressed that they generate so many links, now they can see who knows who so easily
I always assume shortened links are viruses, at least that’s what got ingrained in me from the yearly security IT lectures
man I remember using a 8" windows tablet with a 3d printed mount to a xbox controller to be able to play steam games like hyperlight drifter, it was so cool at the time but man did it suck holding it for long and the performance was so bad for anything but the simplest game. after that I turned to steam link with my phone and a razer kishi controller, I setup a headless steam docker on my server to keep my games accessible and that worked pretty well when 5G came out but nothing really beats games running on the hardware you hold in your hand, at least not for a good while
what gets me is the shear amount of paint there is, we drive about 30 miles and most of the way is like this with just little mounds of yellow dust and Im sure it all just washes away in the rain to places we dont want it to end up. Also apparently birds need to eat rocks and stuff to help break down food so they hopefully are just getting the little rocks and not the paint chunks
its fun, I liked the main story although it does have its slow spots, the vanguard terrormorph quest was pretty cool, but after a while like all games it gets kind of tiring, this game still feels like it needs some work, hopefully it will get even more post release content than fallout 4, there is a lot of space they can add stuff
yeah not having the ability to have shops and all that stuff like fallout 4 sucks, hopefully they will keep adding things like they did to fo4 to get the game to a better state
they do basically except they give spacex a chunk of money to have their rocket tp them
Ive been switching between moonlight and parsec from my phone to access my VM and I like that moonlight lets me use windows shortcuts but the mouse feels really strange and the quality seems to drop a lot more often compared to parsec
if you streamed it at the proper bitrate you would be using a ton of data at 4k, even streaming from my own server to my tv sometimes is too much since my TV only has a 100mbit nic on it on films like 1917 the bit rate would spike on some scenes and it will start to stutter or stop playing all together, for that I had to use my xbox or maybe Ill invest in a roku or shield with a 1gb nic. but for regular streaming you might get the resolution in 4k but you’ll see in dark scenes these like squares and artifacts because of how its compressed down to be able to get to you through the internet while not annihilating your bandwidth
They used to have that AI messaging arlo or whatever it was called
Yeah all the priest drivers switched to tesla’s, I’ve seen them so many times getting in the highway going to slow and merging across all lanes just to cause traffic
